hello fellow cougars!
Section A here- Crump-civ pro. Duncan- Torts. Zamora- Contracts and Morris for Larc.
Crump is making me uncomfortable with his super early assignments.. the plan was to relax until orientation at least
Did anyone else read abt Crump having the seating chart and questioning students in alphabetical order? I think I read that abt someone now I am not so sure who. I think I am losing it .. my last name is AB... geez. My heart rate increased just at the thought of that!
have fun these last few days and see you guys on tuesday!!
I'm in Section A. Procedure with Crump. Torts with Flatt. K's with Zamora. LARC with Tabor.
Section A here too! Morris for LARC tho.
12 pages.. wow. Nice to see UHL Students are getting acquainted.
i'm in. would be there later than 6:30 tho. Is someone willing to give me a call if you guys leave before i get there. Well.. thats if y'all do have something..
tracigu, would you please email me? I rarely sign on here.
OK, so when is this exactly. I have been off the board forever. Would def. like to meet some of y'all but i will be leaving houston on the 11th, june. Just graduated on Friday who hooo!! I need a break. So anything sooner? Maybe I will just meet you guys when I come back at the end of july. Would def. like to meet y'all.. so specific date anyone??
I went to the one on the 21st. It was great. The professor was so much easier to talk to than any other school I've visited. 95% goin to UH.
Would be nice to know someone at the reception on the 4th.
I don't remember her name. She had a lighter skintone with hair down to her shoulders. I guess I was just uncomfortable their. Down here at UF it was alot more laid back and not as "wannabe". I think that I may have been the most underdressed at the open house. It seems that wearing jeans and a button up shirt was beneath everybody else. I don't know. I am hoping that I get in somewhere else but you may do very well there. I just don't think that I will.
I totally agree with you. Was she teaching Legal writing and going on about the CPR method?
Anyway, I was very disappointed too, - with a lot of things.. The Asst dean of admin. seemed way too young, (i thought that was odd). The students were just too 'happy', it seemed soo fake. Most things seemed disorganized and only a couple of people I talked to seemed realistic abt the place and was not giving me the whole.."we just love each other soo much'. Anyway, I was probably just uncomfortable myself. I thought I was the most underdressed myself... Def. jeans and a shirt does not cut it. I left early, there goes free money..

Live in houston too. The traffic is not that bad, well I just moved to fresno/missouri city(hwy 6) and with the new tollway its almost a breeze getting to the medical center.
Considering living at home to save money 'if' i go to UH, whats three more years?
I dont think the apartments around the school are that bad as long as you aren't taking walks by yourself at night or anything like that.
