There are technologies where you can record everything said in court but the biggest advantage of having a stenographer in court is that they can ask for clarification of what was said and immediately review the transcript. It would be very hard to all that in the recording.

You have to put in a lot of thought before selecting a good law school. You have to look into the faculty properly like the student-faculty ratio, their diversity with respect to race,ethnic background and gender. Another main important factor that you need to look into is whether they have well stocked library and comfortable study rooms. I am also in the hunt for a good law school and I have already shortlisted a few.

I enjoy reading too but I do get reading anxiety while preparing for LSAT. I was very nervous initially but I think I am getting better now.

The analytical reasoning is the most difficult part. It is always good to sharpen your mind by playing some logical games. There are several apps in store. The LSAT does not have any penalty in giving the incorrect answer so answer as much as you can.
