Law School Applications / When is the earliest date that I can apply, is it possible even now??

Since I was so stupid last year and applied all the schools at the end of February, and got deferred,
I wish to apply as soon as possible this year.

When is the earliest date that I can apply. Does anyone know? Has it already started?

LSAC and LSDAS / Question related to re-applying

I am planning to reapply this year after
not being satisfied with my results last year.
In this case, Do I need to get new LOR's and other material(undergraduate reports etc.)
or can I use the ones I used last year?

I am a South Korean and I have received all my education totally in Korea.
My LSAT is 166 and LSDAS GPA is 3.9
There aren't many students wanting to go to a US law school in my country so I don't
have much info I can get from people around me.
I've received all my recommendation letters and only have my essay left.
Please give me some advice on which schools to apply and what my chances would be.
Also, would my experiences in working for a law firm help?
