Couldn't you argue that the theory of restitution applies? The company received a 'material benefit' and was unjustly enriched. I don't have anything in front of me at the moment do this may be wrong...

This is admittedly a dumb question - but I don't want to find out later I made a stupid mistake.
Are paragraphs supposed to be indented on the PS? I have not done this - but in a few places in my PS it is hard to tell when the next paragraph begins due to the prior sentence going to the end of the line above. I don't have room to skip lines between paragraphs. Thanks for any feedback... 3

Law School Applications / personal statement question« on: October 15, 2007, 01:18:28 PM »
Does the personal statement (or any addendums also) need to have any kind of identifier on it, such as name or LSAC account number?
I don't currently have anything on mine, it just feels a little weird, kind of like submitting a paper for a course without your name on it.
