Nope--wrong one.  It was actually just "Brother's Keeper."  This is the one.  http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0103888/

Thanks you! Bless you...!

are there any great documentaries on law school/law?  it seems like that would give us a much better idea of what we're getting into.

I am still looking for non-fictional documentaries...any ideas?...

I think the name of the one documentary I am thinking of is "My Brother's Keeper."  It is about a farming family (I think four brothers) in a rural area.  One is accused of killing (euthanizing) another.  A professor at Michigan was showing it to his Evidence class.  It seemed pretty good.

I appreciate you help. BTW, is this what you mentioned?

plz check this out for me if you don't mind.

Law School Applications / Re: Michigan Scholarship Offer

Sorry for making you confused...

What I mean was "Is this letter fee waiver or marit-based scholarship?" or...are they same?...

If you read the letter, you'll notice that this discusses a merit-based scholarship of $22,000 a year and consideration for the Darrow full-ride. The people who received this email also got an application fee waiver prior to the email (although I got my packet just last week ???)

Anyway, what are you all thinking about U.Mich now? I hadn't given it serious consideration primarily because it's in Ann Arbor, and I don't know if I can really handle 3 years in a small town. But it's so nice to feel wanted   :D and it just sounds like they really care about their students. It'd be nice to thrive for 3 years in a school where they cared about your success.

(read: Northwestern's cold, unfriendly fee waiver made me feel like a number.)

Thanks a lot!!

:-) We got tons of nice movies!
I think the lists related to the law or law schools have gone through the roof!

However, there might be someone who knows something unknown, hidden, and concealed...!!

I really appreciate everyone who shares their great resources!

I am a movie fanatic watching all kinds of movies. However, nowadays, I am looking for the specific movies that might get me involved in the law & law schools. I thought that some of you guys were inspired by some passionate movies that led you to going to Law Schools and legal professions.

I understand some movies do not match the reality or aspects of lawers' life at all, but we could take a glance into what's going on weird environments ahead of us!

I have a pretty well known listing...Any idea or suggestions are warmly welcomed!!

Muder in the first
Devil's advocate
Civil Action
Time to Kill
The Paper Chaser
The Firm
Legally blonde...lol  ???

No, I want to take some courses on a normal grade basis. Surely, I already graduated from 4 year degree undergraduate...
