Unless you have some large diversity factor that you aren't telling us about, you will not get into a top-10 law school. But that's not the most important question you should be asking yourself. As an MD/JD you will have an easier time finding jobs than people without the specialized degree. If I were you, I'd look into schools with top health law programs, and schools that have strong alumni networks in health law.
By the way, retake your LSAT. You'd be silly not to. 10
