Thanks, although that was the only thread that I could find. I guess the overall consensus is that LS Preview is not worth the money. Has anyone heard of any success stories, b/c alot of people actually go to the sessions?

Is anyone going to take the Law School Preview "boot-camp" course? Has anyone heard whether or not it actually works, because its really expensive?

Yeah I think I want to work in either DC, Raleigh or Charlotte. I think I might be interested in IP. I just want to be able to have options. Is there a drastic difference between the schools in terms of academics and opportunities? My parents think I am delusional for even considering passing up on a big Campbell scholarship.
Also how realistic is it to find a job at a medium-sized firm without going through oci? I mean Campbell participates in many regional job fairs, but has limited oci opportunities. Is it possible to get a job through the job fairs without doing oci?

Which would be the better choice: Campbell who is offering TONS of money or Howard?

Howard has a terrible bar passage rate. I am pretty reluctant right now about attending simply b/c of this. Should my decision on whether or not to attend focus solely on its bar passage rate? I have considered all the other factors (i.e. location, $$$ and career prospects.)

Someone told me recently that it is virtually impossible to transfer from Campbell unless you are literally at the top of the class. She basically said that the school grades so hard that you basically will not have the grades to get into UNC, Duke or Wake. She also told me that schools like UNC and Duke will not accept Campbell students because they know that these students obviously couldn't get in the first time around and as a result, they are simply not good enough as a transfer. My question is whether or not these comments are true, rumors or just comments from a disgruntled student?

Do schools ever offer $$$ to students accepted off the waitlist. I mean obviously some people who are already accepted and offered $$, choose to withdraw their applications, so that money has to go somewhere right?

So is it common for people on WL to take the June LSAT?
