This would be the first year that an incoming 1L would be competing against a UCI 1L, and while its only 50 or so odd students, that number will rise.  I dont think anyone will argue that its only a matter of time before UCI dominates the OC.  With that said, Id probably just go to the school in the area you want to practice or the one that will cost the least.

I have talked to a lot of professors, deans, and people in the legal industry and all have them to told me that these next two years are going to be the most competitive as far as getting into law school ever.   I have thus decided to put off law school till 2011, and I suggest many of you with borderline numbers to your target schools to consider the same.  Due to the baby boomer generation, the economy, and landscape of the legal industry it is almost worthless to apply right now.  LA times has an article about it today in the business section, check it out (I couldn't find it online)

To the person who said this is a ridiculous topic is seeing more into this topic then I intended. I simply asked, without any assumptions or implications, what were the accommodations. I did not pass any judgment.

Im not making judgments, Im just curious to know what benefits are received to students with learning disabilities in law school, primarily in test taking. I have noticed students at my school not in class for the exam and i was told that was the reason. Again, I pass no judgments Im sure its legit, I was just curious if any of you guys knew the benefits of this?

and no im not trying to fake one at all

So I guess going up almost 20 points in 4 months made me that more intelligent in 4 months.  The LSAT is not an IQ test, it tests certain reasoning techniques you need for law school.  These techniques can be learned, and people who dont study for the LSAT are  at a great disadvantage.
