I tried that as well. The IT dept never picked up, never returns calls, and on their website they said they don't deal too much with windows vista -  too new.  ???

Ok- I know about Bootcamp. The requirement is to have parallels for the exam. Bootcamp will not be acceptable. It states that on the school website.

I said I was going to do it myself - too expensive otherwise. Thanks anyways.

I am talking about both.

Installing windows & installing parallels program needed to take the exam.

how would this be different had I purchased a pc?

I wouldn't be spending money buying programs like windows vista or xp. the parallel programs.

Sorry I should have proofread my previous post.

I was planning on doing the insert disc and try installing it myself until I read that many people were having difficulties. It's apparently a 4-5 hr process from some accounts. I've called some computer servicing company who have turned down the job saying I was opening up a can of worms. Geek Squad said they would do it for $250 or $299 or take it to an Apple dealer - depending on what time of the day you called.

I guess if I do it myself, screw up then fixing it would be cheaper by half.

I'm beginning to regret buying this mac. I may have to pay geek squad $$$$ to put the programs on my mac b/c if I not computer literate.

Is the bootcamp offered on apple take the place of the parallel program?

Did you guys get the email about Emory's public interest group? What do they mean - "make a dent" in volunteer hrs before school starts?

Vandy is one school that actively recruits jews. Undergrad - not sure of the law school.

So are Emory and WUSTL according to this article.

Retake Retake Retake. as a NA w/english as a 2nd language I started in the 130's but managed to bring it up to the 150's. It can be done with hard work - get a tutor if possible. I got into OU with that score and if you can bring up I'm sure you could too. good luck.
