I took the Kaplan prep course and all of the tests were real LSATs. However, I didn't find the online workshops that useful. I had to repeat the couse because I wasn't happy with my progress. Kaplan let me repeat the course for free. They will only refund you the money if you show them a real LSAT report showing score that is lower than your diagnostic score at Kaplan. I think that the best way to improve your score is to work through the preptests from LSAC. No course can replace this.
