complete side note,

was in the hospital with a friend (minor cut on his leg late one night)all of a sudden they rush this dude in. Story is he was leaving the bar ass drunk, fell over, hit his head on the bricks of the ground, came in passed out and soon thereafter died. I heard all of his drinking buddies decide who was going to call the guy's parents. They were all totally drunk and totally hysterical. Something to think about sometimes - that guy stammering on the phone, telling the dead dude's parents to come to the hospital.

a hundred bucks when I told her she opened her car (Mercedes SUV) door into my Honda Accord. She scratched about a half inch of paint off. Was it ethical for me to take the money?

I think she gave me the money because she was a little older, and I was with my girlfriend, and we're both over 6 feet.

Ethical?

We can't really answer this question without actually seeing it. So much of it hinges on how you carry yourself. Have a feeling you could pull it off. Me on the other hand, forget it.

It's more like a personal statement about yourself which the noteworthy individual endorses. Though I don't endorse this process.

Board within a thread, interesting concept...

Hey I've got a question, looking for some opinions:

If you were a black law student at a nonHBCU, in the black student law group (or what ever you call it) how would you feel about a white student joining? And beyond that how would you feel about a white student joining who had no real interest in black american culture or issues but was more interested in the networking opportunities?

Let's just have a little imagination or faith. The world is diverse, its needs are diverse, and our abilities are diverse. There is a place for everyone who either works hard, is very intelligent, or behaves unethically.

Relax.
