I posted this eleswhere but thought it might catch more attention this way.
Hey i thought i'd post this here bc I didn't know where else to put it. I took the Lsat's in sept and scored pretty low it was considerably below practice avg., 150ish, and retook the exam. I have good grades about 3.5 from a tier one school, Tulane. I'd like to go to a school in an urban environment. I wanted to go to fordham or gw although with my lsat i know it's not going to happen. I'm open to suggestions from you guys, i'm thinking of applying to a LOT, like 20, of schools with the hopes of getting in somewhere. Any suggestions of where to apply. Safety: Good Match: Reach  ?

i am a phil major as well and did take testmasters as well.
In my opinion, you should buy the LG and LR bible, in addition to the class. Esp. the LG Bible, you'll get the same info from testmasters, basically, but it just works as great reinforcement. 7

It's hard to say. I think the Sept. might have been a little bit harder. This time, I feel like I just knew what to expect and was more mentally prepared.
LG-were way harder this time and all around just weird. LR-a little bit easier; except the second section (towards the end) got a little tough RC-still 28 q's but passages were shorter and all around more managable, so slightly easier. 8

looks like you have a good shot at vandy and duke and possibly at boalt bc they favor gpa.
look at ucla too..i mean it's ranked 15 and your gpa is really strong and it's lsat's range is 162-169, all the better for you, plus they take the higher score unlike harvard, nyu, duke, g-town, etc. 10
