What do most people do for furniture?  What if one does not have a car?

Yeah I am curious about this for apartments just north of the construction site.

I am wondering this too.  Also, is anyone else currently browing craigslist for apartments?

What do most people do as far as furniture?

Yeah can someone elaborate on this 1L biglaw thing? I am wondering how difficult it will be for someone like me (state school grad) to get a biglaw internship after 1L (assuming the economy remains about the same).  I would think it would be pretty possible, as I can't imagine many firms don't want someone from HLS.

Yeah i am wonderinf about this too.  I got a pretty decent grant amount (if you look at my LSN) and I am curious if I work a biglaw internship after 1L, will I lose money on my grant?  If so I might not do the BIGLAW internship.

Oh, and I'm thinking of purchasing the LS recommended $1000 laptop.  Do you think I should just go ahead and purchase it in the near future?  I have some extra money laying around right now, but I won't buy one if I think they are going to come out with a new model soon.

What would you say about living down by great wall/ grafton st.?

Do any of you know when us HAH people figure out our view and select wnidows?

I just wanted to let you know I have a friend who chose YLS over HLS and he wishes he would have come to HLS.  New Haven is a boring place and the people at HLS, although nerdy, are cooler than at YLS.  Not having grades is ok, but he said most people freak out about it.  Plus, Harvard University as a whole is better than YLS, so it has a better alumni base.  If you have any inkling of leaving law school for business/finance or any other pursuit, the harvard brand name will carry you farther than the Yale brand name.

Yeah I just got the well-written email as well.  It was very nice-- much more so than the penn deference.

I replied telling them not to bother as I was probably headed to HLS.
