« on: November 27, 2007, 08:38:19 PM »
Does anyone know where to get a good visual explanation(flowchart) or similar for basic personal jurisdiction.  I'm attempting to make one myself but would like some help starting.  Thanks.

Past Justice Curtis for his enlightening dissent in the Dred Scott case.

Scalia, because he writes with a simplicity that even I can understand, I guess I agree with him a little too.

Tulsa / Re: Anyone at or going to TU?

Well I finally have decided on OCU.  The money they offered me compared to Tulsa's offer was too hard to pass up.  But I wish all of you who attend Tulsa the best.  My mother and brother both live in Tulsa so I am over there quite frequently.

I'm leaning towards OCU right now.  It may not have as good of an overall reputation as Tulsa but I really like the buzz currently in Oklahoma City.  I went to OCU for an event in the fall and really enjoyed the people and the direction they are heading.  I really don't think you can go wrong with either place if you are comfortable staying in Oklahoma for a while. Yeah I am from Oklahoma went to undergrad at OSU.  How about you?

I'm currently attempting to decide between Tulsa and OCU.  Taking a visit this week to Tulsa to help me decide.

I will if I get in! I called the admissions office yesterday and was told a decision had been made but I could not be told over the phone. So I imagine I will be finding out early next week.

botbot what i was attempting to convey was the notion that receiving a 4.0 should be given equal weight no matter what the instituion. this is a fallacy.
