I know Cornell is higher ranked, but doing a lot of comparing they seem pretty similar. I don't know what type of law I want to go into, but probably start in coporate to pay off some debt and then do more public interest type work. I have visited Boston and lovelovelove it and am visiting Cornell soon. I will probably want to work in the NYC area post graduation. If I like Cornell, I will go, but if I don't enjoy the rural environment would it be "bad" to choose BU? Both gave me good money, btw.

I visited them both and really liked them. I'm not gonna end up there, but they are both very pretty! I really loved Brooklyn's dorms.

Thanks so much for answering these questions - this is a very helpful link! One of my concerns about Cornell, or I guess my biggest at this point, is that I have spent the last few years living in a city. Basically, I know that Ithaca will be an adjustment, but are there things to do in the cold months there during the time I will not be studying? I know some bars were mentioned and in the warm months there are lots of outside activities, but how about during the winter? That being said, are the winters really that horrible? Thanks in advance!

I'm pretty sure that when I first went to decision I did not have the link. I was accepted during the first batch though, so I'm not sure if that site was up and running yet. Good luck to everyone!
