Transferring / Full time to Part time

Ok, so everyone is talking about going from PT to FT.  How about the other way around?"
I need to transfer to a school in DC area or GMU for work related reasons, and yes, I need to go from Full time to PT.

I just finished my first semester.  What are my chances? Say I'm at 40% or a little better at T2 school in Chicago.

I have an interview with Oblon, Spivak..  anyone worked there in 1st summer?  What was the interview process like?  How were the interviewers?  They don't provide the names so I won't know in advance who will show up.... help!

Has anyone enrolled for part time program in the states?  I'm Canadian and only have F1.  What are my options if I want to transfer to a part time program in terms of visa status and what visas are necessary?

Law School Applications / Low GPA!! Strong LSAT!

I dont know how many are feeling the way I do these days.. so depressed and regretting my gpa.

I got shot in the head and got a 2.43 GPA. (Engineering Degree) Say I have a 170 LSAT, what schools should I apply and have better than 40% chance of getting in? And do law schools count canadians as being foreign in their stats? Your thoughts please.
