You people worry way too much about class participation. It means nothing. Most professors don't adjust grades for participation, even if they say they will. Those that do only adjust it a trivial amount.
The only thing you should care about is the exam. 6

Study guides (E&E, gilberts, emanuel etc.) are for idiots and suckers. If you aren't going to get a real guide, like a hornbook, then you might as well just get the audio tapes "law school legends" or "sum and substance." The tapes are just as good as those study guides. They're also much easier to learn from, since all you have to do is listen and take notes.
