News Discussion / is rage comic infringe on snapshot picture from a film?

I saw someone submmit a picture called rage comic (actually there isn't rage guy in it but he use the tool which helps to make rage comic), and it's consisted of only four snapshot pictures from Inception(i hope you all know this film) with short funny dialogues added by the anonymous.

I think it has infringed on the film(Inception), though the anonymous have not got profit from it.

what do you think?

Does anyone know some cases about any company or anyone protesting for the registering of the famous trademark 3-stripes(you can find it almost on every product of ADIDAS) ?

by the way I don't mean the infringements happen after the trademark have get rights over 3-stripes.

well it was screened in 1966 and I was born in 25 years later, although I know it is famous until I checked out its chinese transformation just now ; ) , I think it is not that interesting for me.

I....googled Tribbles and checked it out in Wikipedia. I think I have known it thanks;)

right, each week on the civil procedure class, the teacher show us a joke about chaffing lawyers , they are all black humor which I can hardly get across  ::)

I like Star Trek, but other than social satire and criticisms, which is present in any worthwhile piece of lit or film, I'm not expecting to learn anything about physics or molecular bio.  Boston Legal is funny and entertaining, but that's about it.

I see, actually I prefer films to T.V. shows .
