I have no idea what he means or how it could realistically be implemented.

Law School Admissions / Re: Where should I apply? 178/3.11 AA male

You've got a shot anywhere. If I were you, I'd definitely apply HYS. I'd also apply Chicago, and then I'd apply heavy in whatever region I wanted to live in; if it were the South, I'd apply to Virginia, Duke, Vanderbilt, and a couple of the big publics. If it were the west, I'd apply to Texas, USC, UCLA, Cal, and maybe a few of the publics (Colorado, Arizona/ASU).

If you really and truly do not care where you live, I'd just pepper the top 14 + Vandy, USC, UCLA, and Texas and see what falls.

apply very, very broadly. like from WUSTL/Illinois range to the 70s. Anywhere you think you could live, apply to.

go where you want to live

and again, beware ASU's employment figures, which are a big joke

do NOT rely on that median income figure for ANY school and ESPECIALLY for arizona state, which has seemed to game the rankings for a second year in a row

don't know why you'd waste 3 years of your life getting a JD if you wanted a regular business job

and I don't know if an MBA would help, and it looks like it would take at least 1 year extra out of your life.

person's GPA won't be a 3.0. community college grades count just as much, so it will be 3.89*howevermanycreditsweretakenatcommunitycollege + 3.0*creditsatuniversity divided by totalcredits, which will definitely be >3.0.

You should go almost wherever you want.

Probably won't get Yale/Harvard, but I'd apply to any top school that tickles your fancy and see who accepts you and who offers you money.

What part of the country are you looking at? Where do you want to end up?

And that explanation is any less racist how?

That wasn't the criticism I responded to. You said I "assumed color." No, I didn't.

who's the racist? You assume color. How do you know he's not Asian? Or Bill Cosby?

I did not assume color. I said that the person sounded like an angry white person. I didn't say, "Quit being an angry white person." I said to quit sounding like one.
