Distance Education Law Schools / International Law Practice Requirment/Online Schools

Hello,

Does anybody know what the requirements are in order to practice international law? Do I have to be ABA approved attorney or should I hold LLm degree?
I am an online law program student (California approved not ABA approved though).Can I still practice international cases.
