Studying for the LSAT / Which college majors get the best LSAT scores?
« on: April 08, 2014, 01:21:50 PM »
From Excess of Democracy:

Of course, it's unclear whether majoring in a particular subject leads one to score better on the LSAT, or whether those who are already likely to do well on the LSAT choose certain majors. Perhaps a combination of the two.

Studying for the LSAT / Re: Tutor The People exceptional LSAT prep for less

I'm not a fan of either Kaplan or Princeton Review, but, to be fair, I believe they do offer one-on-one individualized tutoring in addition to their in-person courses.

The bible LG book is WAY better than the Barron's book.  The Barron's book is awful.

On my website, I have a variety of free and low-cost study plans for several different periods of time, including a free 2-month study plan.

Assuming your cold tests were taken under strict and realistic timed conditions, those are great scores. Keep at it!

People often look for LSAT study partners on craigslist. I've also seen people find study partners by posting on my blog's Facebook page (there's a link to it at the bottom of my blog's right sidebar).

I'm very sorry to hear about your 1st two LSAT experiences!

I would strongly suggest focusing your prep on pencil and paper work, rather than the apps on the phone. It's a completely different experience, and Test Day will be on pencil and paper.
