Just tell Duke your situation has changed and you don't want to go to law school anymore.  Then, accept Harvard's offer!  You would be crazy to turn down Harvard!

Don't go!  I think you would regret it.  Plus, people in the legal industry would probably assume you're an idiot b/c you went to an unaccredited law school.

Thanks for your input, TruffleMomma.  I'm excited for the academic challenge of law school and grateful for the opportunity to go to Harvard.   I intend on taking my studies somewhat seriously.  I just won't let it rule my life!  I like money, so that'll be my main motivation to study.   Also, I'm willing to settle for a job starting around $100k (which I'm pretty sure is virtually a guarantee even if I'm at the "bottom" of my class).  Thanks for your input!

I applied to Yale, but no word back yet.  I don't want to live in NY city, so NYU won't work for me.  But you're probably right about getting a scholarship.

I took the lsat not really caring about the results (I actually just took it to support my roommate).  We studied pretty hard for about a month.  My practice exams were in the mid 160s, but on the day of I got a 176 (My roommate won't tell me what she got)!!  I didn't even care about going to law school, but my roommate talked me into applying to a few top schools.  I got a call today informing me that I got into Harvard!  I hear the hardest thing about law school is getting in, so I got that part done.  I plan to accept the offer, go to Harvard, and just do enough to pass.  Is it crazy to think Harvard will be pretty easy since grades are pretty much irrelevant?
