If you're really really set on going to GULC, your best bet would be to wait a year and apply as soon as possible.  You may want to consider the p/t program as well.

Also, I don't know about your background, but if you're coming directly from undergrad, you may want to work for a couple of years and then apply.

Re: retaking: Are you absolutely sure that you can score high enough if you retake it again?

Yeah, the letter finally came today.  Not getting into f/t was my own fault though; didn't realize that it was an option to apply to both and asked to be considered for f/t as well a month after I sent in my apps).
