Current Law Students / Transactional vs. Litigation

Does anyone have any experience/input with tranasactional law practice compared to litigation. I'm interested in how much research, writing etc. goes into tranactional work and any opinions on pursuing this as opposed to litigaion.

Current Law Students / Real Estate Law

Does anyone have any experience practicing real estate law. I'm wondering if it's a good idea to get into, how it comapares to other areas in terms of stress/hours, or just any general thoughts about it. Thanks

It will surprise me if any T14 would take anyone with a GPA lower than 2.2.  It drags down their average GPA and put them in danger to be lowered in ranking.

You're awful. First of all, you come into this thread acting like a condescending feminine hygiene product bag. Secondly, you're giving out bad advice. Where have you seen the mean average of LSAT or GPA listed for T14 schools? They post their median statistics so that a few outliers will not tremendously affect their numbers.

Stop being a male private part online, it's pretty lame

It's also pretty lame to say feminie hygiene product bag and male private part. You sound like a 6 year old. Cocksucker.

Can someone give me a good indication of the amount of hours you spent studying a week during your 1L year. Does it get any easier after the first year? Thanks
