I'm pursing my JD and also was wondering... what an MBA with a specialization in Computer Information Systems would do for career prospects? Do the two degrees work well together for helping make somebody more marketable?

I agree,the viewpoint and knowledge of author opinion on types of passages was about the only thing I found even remotely useful. The other 2 powerscore bibles are so much more helpful.

Anyone know where I could find some information or good descriptions of the major law concentrations that most law schools have? I'm just trying to learn a little about them before I make my decision on what to focus on after my 1 year. Specifically looking for info on international law, intellectual property, environmental and health law

I'm assuming the test centers assign seats to everyone, so its not really first come first serve on seating? (I like to sit in the front) can anyone confirm this?

Affirmative Action= Reverse racism.
I thought the point was to get ride of racism world wide... Supporting something that induces it seems a bit counterproductive I'm a minority and I think its wrong, besides it only really benefits one minority group. Can't argue that. 8

It does VERY well if your trying to stay in the DC/Maryland area... MOST Georgetown grads take the bar in new york and head up there, pretty much the same with George Washington..so basically in D.C your competition is mainly American u.Take a look at the employment statistics Strangely enough, Maryland University doesn't place all that well outside of Baltimore/Maryland. Way more Catholic law grads in D.C. than Maryland Law. Campus is beautiful if you care, and the location is good if you don't prefer to live within the main area of city DC.

In the Lr bible it states that you can solve justify the conclusion questions Mechanistically, pg248 in the lr bible. I was wondering can you use this method on ALL of the justify the conclusion questions? I'm thinking the answer is no but I wanted to check..for example question #2/Section 1 on Feb 92 is a jtc but it doesn't appear able to be solved mechanistically..

Okay, so I took my first timed test, got only a 148....Is it normal for your very first timed pratice test(2nd ever full test completed) after preparing to be VERY low? I'm thinking If Logic follows it will most likely be very hard if not close to impossible to raise my score up to a 160+ by next Saturday. Any suggestions on getting the score higher by December?
