Acceptances, Denials, and Waitlists / Re: FSU/UF/UM Help!
« on: December 03, 2010, 10:15:34 PM »
I'd choose UM or FSU.  The UF brand is on the decline, while the other two are on the ups!  All are pretty equal in respect points. Rankings don't really tell the whole store, and FSU and UF are pretty identical in numbers.  FSU is in the capitalm, which will give you a lot of opportunities that you won't have at the other two.  Either way you can't go wrong between the schools, it's mostly a matter of your personal preference.

I just got my waitlist notification for W&M today.  I'm wondering how many others are on it.  I guess I won't hold my breath waiting to hear back.

Any more words on marquette?  Does anyone know where most grads are employed?  Is this a school that is improving its standing?  Is marquette known outside of wisconsin?

Choosing the Right Law School / What do y'all know about Marquette?

I'm going to check it out next week.  Anything I should know?  Thoughts?

Thank you.

Does that mean I probably will not be accepted??  What's taking so long?  :-\

I just had another letter of recommendation sent into LSAC.  It did not automatically get sent out to all the schools I directed it to.

Some schools say "In addition, this law school accepts updated law school reports with recently received letters of recommendation once per week. These updates are generated on Mondays. "

Does that mean I have to purchase another Law School Report and send it in, or will LSAC automatically send them an updated report on Monday?

Thanks for the help, I know some of you guys know what's up!

I have one right now.  Obviously it's a good thing to have, but how much does it help with admission??
