Personal Statement / a quick personal statement question
« on: November 13, 2008, 10:50:16 AM »
sorry for the many questions recently, but is it appropriate to cite a book in my personal statement? I have a Tocqueville quote in my PS, is that acceptable and should i formally cite it? thank you

Make it a separate document or just tack it on at the end of my personal statement?

like the title says. I'm applying to schools like Seton Hall, Rutgers, Cardozo, Northeastern, St. Johns, etc... is it simple accept, reject like undergrad or is it interview based like med school?

it is directly from the registrar. they hand it to me, i put it in the envelope and send it. they give me the option. i will ask them when i get there, i'm sure they know the process as they have done it before

Well Rutgers gives you the application on the spot which is good. everything else is ready to go so the only hold up will be LSAC. i'll keep my fingers crossed but its not imperative as it is only a competitive deadline.

i completely forgot about my transcript until last night. figured i had everything ready to go. I'm going to pick up my transcript tomorrow morning and will overnight it to LSDAS right after. if it goes through, then all is well, if not, so be it. maybe i'll give it a shot anyway sending it without transcript
