Probably because my grades are terrible, I got asked about my grades quite a bit. Not to scare you or anything, but the interviewers who went to Chicago do seem to think Elements matters. I think the course is at least partly responsible for Chicago graduates' reputed analytical edge.
My best grades were actually in Elements and both of the Civ Pros (coincidentally my only 3 grades significantly over median) but no one seemed to care about the CPs except to ask if I planned to do moot court. 9
