Yes. I agree with this.

I had stress during 1L, but I actually rather enjoyed the law school experience.  It was a great time.

As a rising 3L, I tell you, enjoy your 1L!  Hell doesn't actually start until 2L.

I use my Black's at home.  I don't like it on Westlaw.

I had a drag of a Ks professor- he managed to make even interesting cases boring. Monotone lectures.
I had way much more fun in torts. Lighted squibs and spring guns FTW!

I agree with this. My Ks class was a drag because of the prof.  Torts rocked though.

What's more important to you: your relationship with your husband or your school? 

It's going to be hard enough both being professional students, but if you add distance... seriously think about the chance that the relationship just could not be maintained and how you would feel about that.

Call up the admissions offices of a few of schools you are interested in and ask them. That will give you a better picture than this message board of what sort of approach you should take.
