I'll also be a 1L in the fall, and I've been looking at apartments on craigslist since like Feb. Most of the housing pretty much requires a roommate to afford it but from the pictures they are nice looking. Is anyone here looking for roomates? Cuz I need one. I'll be in NY next week if you want to meet and look around.

My deposit was confirmed a couple of weeks ago. Now just trying to find a place to stay. I haven't sent in the housing deposit..I still haven't decided whether or not to do the on-campus thing.
