Vapid said it best! For all of the above reasons, UM is looking awesome. Their academic sense of nerdiness is cool too, with professors who genuinely seem interested in niche topics and random cross-application of fields.

You should take a private loan and pay it all off, if you can offer some type of collateral. Then make payments on 1 amount.
