Don't get me wrong, I'm not nervous or anything.  Its just finally sinking in that school starts in a few weeks.  I figure some other people on the board are having dreams too, but perhaps their dreams all revolve around the other people on this board...

I've been out of school for almost ten years now and I can tell that the whole "about to start law school" thing is starting to sink in because I'm starting to get weird dreams like I did before starting college way back when.

The other night I had one where I hadn't read a book and supplement that was to be discussed in class.  The professor called on me and was critical when I obviously didn't know the answer.  Plus, for some reason I hadn't put on any pants before going to class.  Not naked, I did have boxer briefs on.  This was doubly weird since Iíll be going to school directly from work and should have had pants on.  Plus my mind was trying to rationalize this while I was starting to wake up and so I kept thinking about the shorts I keep in my work bag for bicycling on hot days and how I could go put them on and not be walking around in my underwear.

Iím waiting for the ones I used to have in college where for some reason I had completely forgotten about a class until final exams.

Anyone else having these types of dreams?

Law School Admissions / Re: Anyone from Wisconsin?

Don't listen to all the negative people talking about Wisconsin.  This is a fine place.  If you have any specific questions, I can address them for you.

If you can't live with people who may disagree with you, you'd probably find a way to dislike any college town.  School is about learning and living, and part of that is experiencing some of the differences in people.

People always say they love diversity until they disagree with the diverseness they are encountering...

Acceptances, Denials, and Waitlists / Re: Wisconsin Deposit

Having been accepted finally in early May, everything they send indicates that Wisconsin doesn't have a deposit.  They sent in cards requesting an answer on attendance or not and they will rely on those.

Sure.  You're success rate is 2/3rds of the original 3 choices, but with only two choices left, your odds are really 1/2 and your success rate is the same.

Well, here it is just before the end of May and I have yet to get anything definitive out of Wisconsin.  Am I on a waitlist and they just haven't told me?

Sorry!! :o
Sorry, I just started a new job and I thought it would look bad if I spent my first day sitting on this discussion forum all day like I did at my old suck job.

I'll start posting more now, I promise.
