I know that BU (20) is higher ranked than BC (27), but does that really matter? Also, am I making a mistake by not accepting the scholarship and remaining in the top 5% of my class at Suffolk?

There's no trick. You go and buy the canned briefs book and then you may wish to copy the particular case brief in a piece of paper.
The Gilberts property outline is so good that I stop using my casebook for a while. Also the Gilberts Torts and Contracts are very good.
