Looking for someone to move into Jefferson Towers and take over my lease. I have already paid 2 months and willing to pay for the month of August or one month free. Spacious room. Washer/dryer on the top (plentiful). Swimming Pool. Very close to downtown Syracuse/Armory Square and easy access to ALL of the major highways!! Very clean. Very big. Very safe. Roommate is a law student.

This apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment! With a full kitchen and HUGE living room space.

Jefferson towers is full of med students. Quiet. There is always someone to accept packages that are delivered during the day.

This is handsdown the best place to live in Syracuse. It usually fills up quickly and extremely close to the lawschool. (20 minute leisurely walk). Less than 5 minutes by car (more like 3 minutes).
Please contact immediately if interested.

This is really a great apartment. Carpet.  Newly painted walls.  Your own bathoom!  This is the apartment complex that is always in demand and yet no one can get an apartment easily.  It fills up.  The landlord is great. Maintenance is great.  (Same day services as long as it is within reasonable time).

If you have any questions, please let me know!   :P

Thanks for your reply.  You see the problem is that I don't know where I want to be in 3 years.

It would be so much easier to decide where I wanted to go if I knew where I wanted to be.

Thanks for your responses.

Someone had told me that the name of the school carries a lot of weight.  Regarding working hard etc.  I completely agree with everyone.  I was only wondering if there would be some kind of glass ceiling just because of the school you attended.

I would be proud to go to Syracuse.  I just want to get all my facts straight.

BDC - what is your aim?  Mine is sunyeo210 . If you would like to im me, I woulnd't mind it.  I can share with you what feedback I have received.

I have read about Syracuse on this board, spoke to a few student and from what I have gathered it is not necessarily considered a nationally recognized school.

What do you think?  I am seriously considering Syracuse.  I am just trying to see, if I do attend Syracuse and do not graduate in the top 10% of the class, what does that mean regarding job opportunites, summer internships, etc.

I have also spoken to a few students at Syracuse...and so far the general consensus regarding alumni support is not positive.  Supposedly, this aspect of the school can definitely use some work.

Thoughts? :-\

When you hear or think of Syracuse law school - for those who are already in law school - what do you think?  Good law school? Eh? Potential to be better? Or whatever.  Free Association is certainly welcomed!

I feel that many people who are not yet in law school have a tendency to live by the US News rankings only.

I am hoping to get a different perspective from people already in school, etc?

Hi There.

I was recently accepted to Loyola - NO and have received mixed feedback regarding this school.  I will be going to visit the school in April for the school's open house, however, I have a few questions.

Is this school a "who you know" school?  For example, it is a really great school who have excellent connections / deep roots in the South/area?

Does the curriculum focus primarily focus on civil law even though I will be enrolled in the common law?

How are the academics?

Thanks! ;)
