Thanks for the encouragement. The thing is I think we are on a B curve. I've heard that I can expect to be at 65%. I think this means I need to do a lot better.

Here is another one of these questions.
I want to transfer from a fourth tier school to a school ranked around 45. My GPA for the first semester was just a 3.2. Do you agree that I would need to do a lot better next semester? My reasons for transferring just have to do with location and cost.
