Edit:  I don't think it's just for minorities, but my school sent it to me and I don't qualify (you have to be US citizen).

Here's a good one, the ABA Legal Opportunity Scholarship Fund.  But keep in mind they only give out 12 and they received over 1,500 applications this year.
