Title: A girls guide to understanding guys...
Post by: ->Soon on April 28, 2006, 05:17:11 AM
didnt see anything like this, so i thought id added.

so, in no particual order....

crying = cheating
nagging is not the way to get your way
withholding sex is, but not very fair
we will ALWAYS look, so get over it
of course we hate your male freinds.  we KNOW what their thinking!
as long as you look nice, we dont care what dress you wear.
you can never be too old for cartoons or the 3 stooges
that ratty shirt you hate is the most comfortable one we own.
talking naughty, wiggling, moaning, drooling are all good.
a womans horniest day is an avg day for us
cant you accept the fact we love you without constant "we need to talk" re-assurances?
if we say you look beautiful, believe us
we cant help any natural body odor emissions
a few stuffed animals is cute.  a bunch is scary
mr fluffums is not a good name for a pet.

there are many more....

the simple truth is, you are not capable of handling the remote effectively, thats why we do it for you.

you would make basic rookie mistakes, like watching commercials, stopping on lifetime, turning to oprah, etc...

A man wants two things in life...
A woman to clean up after him and a woman who's willing to give him BJ's on call.

It's that simple.

only rich guys can achieve it though

your freinds are suitable fantasy material
if we spend so much time working, its cause we want to be able to buy you nice things

I was also a fan of what the boys from American Psycho had to say "A good personality consists of a chick with a little hard body, who will satisfy all sexual demands without being too slutty about things, and who essentially will keep her dumb f*cking mouth shut."

A guy's guide to understanding girls: some of us find it offensive that you would assume we can tolerate Lifetime or Oprah, let alone watch it!  :D
Even when I'm sick and home during the day and want to watch something, anything I'd still rather watch the blank wall than Oprah or Lifetime. To say nothing of Dr. Phil.

I believe that most (not all, but at least all the one's I am attracted to) want a few basic things from a woman, and beyond that, they just want to avoid drama and not be told what to do.  If you define that as clarity, then yes, I believe in men's clarity and it works for me.

Ok then, let us consider that almost all people become extremely nervous being told what to do. You see, it's just an ordinal pattern of behaviour, the way that id works. In other words some sort of common psychological response. Next up on your queue -- I did not understand exactly whether you meant sex like the second or even the first thing we want from a woman. I am not certain about all men, but if even so -- sex is the first thing men wait for, your criterion is not accurate. I suppose, let's not be cunning, women like sex not less than we do, in any way sex is a top-notch impetus for both genders.

I have not seen other arguments. Therefore, women are also clear, aren't they?

A man wants two things in life...
A woman to clean up after him and a woman who's willing to give him BJ's on call.

It's that simple.

If I could substitute cleaning for cooking, I'd go for that.

And you can have the damn remote as long as I get to watch my BoSox games uninterrupted.

There's obviously certain circumstances that it wouldn't happen, but for the most part...

For example, you can't just leave work, but if you're close enough, I've got a lunch I have to take. I refuse to be late for things that are actually important, so there'd be no slow lovin' in the morning, but that doesn't mean it's out all together. I'm demanding though.

stop whining and do something about your problems. most of the time we can't fix it and complaining will do nothing for you.

Wait, isn't that what you're doing?

Are you a woman?  ???

No, just advice.

I'm not complaining. You are.  Resolve that paradox.

Was I?

Awfully hard to tell the difference....

I disagree. A complaint would have been "It upsets me when you complain about your problems."

Relax ya'll. This thread is a joke isn't it? Look at most of the posts in here. All generalizations on both sides.

Don't try to reason with the feminazis.  You're a misogynist, plain and simple!

Try not to misinterpret EVERYTHING WE SAY as an attack on the very core of your being.

It's a safe bet that we didn't mean it that way.

Why do I suspect that there's an inverse relationship between guys' contributions to this thread and their likelihood of getting laid?

I think most of our comments (mine, for one) are more directed at individual women than women as a class. Discovering the commonalities of our experience just helps us feel better about our own bitterness.

Why do I suspect there's an inverse relationship between a girl being hot and a girl going to law school?

Why do I suspect there's an inverse relationship between a girl being hot and a girl posting here?

no one cares.

Precisely.  Nobody cares so they have to go to law school, mistakenly thinking that will increase their attractiveness.
