Title: 1 out of 2 letters....
Post by: ChrisM on October 21, 2010, 09:51:20 PM

Hey guys,

I am applying for fall 2011 term. I already have one letter of recommendation in my LSAC folder. The second one is delayed by Professor. Can I apply now or do I have to wait until they receive my second one?

Do you think I should wait until I get the second one?

Thanks!

You can apply without the 2nd letter.  Some schools require only 1, a few schools actually don't require any, so they will process your application without the 2nd.  The schools that require 2 letters will hold you application until your 2nd letter is received.

Make sure some don't require three. Some of mine do or at least "recommend" it.
