Title: Do you title your personal statement or not

Just finished a rough draft of my personal statement.  Not sure if it is standard procedure to give a title or not. Please help

So you should just title it "Personal Statement" for each one?

I think in the corner of my essays, I had my name, LSAC number, and the type of essay it was (personal statement, diversity statement, question #23, depending on how the school's application worded what they wanted)

what if the school does not give instructions to do that?
