Title: Sept. '09 LSAT...TODAY IS THE DAY!!!!
Post by: compaq1984 on September 26, 2009, 11:48:28 AM
Just finished the Sept. LSAT...Feel good about it... Are there any rules that prohibit discussing what section we think was the EXP???? (Obvisouly, not mentioning any details other than first, last , etc...?) Now begins 3 weeks or so of stomach pains...GREAT! Going to have a drink or 10...

Whooo Hoooo! Experimental? 2 or 3.  :)
I feel really good, too - I didn't "crush" it, but I did well.
Holy cow. WE DID IT!!!!!!!!!

I know im psyched too... Um, I'm hopeful that it is the latter.... Either way i'm probably alright... For future LSAT takers--- If you prepare well its not bad at all.. By prepare well, I mean study a book or two and do 15-25 Practice tests.  I felt more nervous taking my tests during this past week than I did during the actual LSAT...

Compaq, I agree. I'm glad I found this site - otherwise, I probably wouldn't have been slamming the PT's in the final month.
I think that really, really helped me: time management and recognizing question types.
I seriously can't believe that it's over!

Post by: compaq1984 on September 26, 2009, 12:12:34 PM
Me too... I didnt really feel rushed or distracted at all... Except at the beginning of the first section when the Proctor engaged in a "semi-yelling match" with another student for about 20-30 secs...Thought I was being punked...
Title: Re: Sept. '09 LSAT DONE...FIRST POST!
Post by: YellowBird on September 26, 2009, 12:16:12 PM
Yes! I'm done!

@Compaq: I was the SAME way. The PTs were much scarier than the actual LSAT. This was a retake for me, and it was so much easier this time around. It wasn't EASY - just easy comparatively, I guess.

But... I discovered that, while the proctor was collecting the answer sheets and booklets, I left two answers unbubbled! That kinda ... thwarted any confidence I may have had at that point.

All day long, I'm going to obsess about over could have been with those two bubbles. LOL.

I know my experimental was an LR one, and I think it was the second of the three LR sections.

Ah, and congratulations to everyone for finishing. You did it! :D

I get ya... I was totally paranoid about doing the same thing.. Even if they are counted, 2 pts isnt the end of the world... I guess they do different EXP for different tests so no point really wondering about that.... Oh well...
Title: Re: Sept. '09 LSAT DONE...FIRST POST!
Post by: YellowBird on September 26, 2009, 12:31:31 PM
You're right, but if I discover that the answers for those two are what I usually use as my "if-all-else-fails" answer choice, I'm going to cry. :D

Aaah it feels so good to be done!

I don't see why there would be any rules at all after you're done the test...

With that said, I desperately want to know which of mine was the experimental (I had 2 games sections). Did those of you who had only one games section have a game about stones or one about airlines (those are the only ones from each i can definitely recall)? Thanks!!

Hopefully LSAC won't now hunt me down and chop off my head...  :P

i officially want to die.  i felt really good about the test except that my worst section (logic games) came up twice.  i did awesome on one and terrible on the other.  any chance the experimental was section 5?  i know everyone says it's extremely unlikely, but it was so freakin weird!  i had a bizarre one about planes too :(
Title: Re: Sept. '09 LSAT DONE...FIRST POST!
Post by: violaboy on September 26, 2009, 12:58:02 PM
Experimental is always 1, 2, or 3. What were everyones' test sections?  Any guesses at the experimental section? Just don't talk about specific question/answer choices.
Title: Re: Sept. '09 LSAT DONE...FIRST POST!
Post by: L-Spot on September 26, 2009, 01:00:37 PM
fml.  Yeah I figured the plane one was legit. I also had two LGs.  The first one I absolutely destroyed and I felt great... in the back of my mind I was expecting another one.

If its true that EXP is only 1,2, or 3, then it looks like I'll be retaking.  I really couldn't get a good grasp on the action of the last two LGs.  uUUGHHHHH.
Title: Re: Sept. '09 LSAT DONE...FIRST POST!
Post by: verysmiley on September 26, 2009, 01:03:15 PM
same thing happened to me.  i killed the first logic games and felt great, then i couldn't get a grip on the last logic games section.  i finished one game confidently, one about half and half, and pretty much guessed on two of the games.  so much for my high 160s.

Does anyone know the order of the games from section 5 LG? I cant remember the order and I hope I didnt bubble in the wrong numbers on my answer sheet. My mind is blank all of a sudden LOL

RC/LR/RC/LG/LR

didnt feel so bad.

first RC i think i crushed but was the experimental. LR - i was iffy on three questions but I have a feeling they might be right? I'm not sure. 2nd RC was decent. ended up going into the last passage with 6:30. little pressured. the one passage about "tangible copyright" was hard. LG i know i got the first three games -0. but the last game was tough. ended up guessing on 2 questions.UGH. and last LR was a little harder than the first LR.  guessed on the last question because no time, iffy on like 4 question (one about the bear wtf?).

unless i get lucky i dont see a 170. I've been reading TLS and everyone thought it was easy. predicting curves of -9 and -10 on a 101 pt test. ugh.

I'd be thrilled with 166+.

LG/LR/RC/LG/LR

Experimental was pretty transparent, I think every single one of them had the newer question type that asks for an equivalent rule.  Only one of those in the "real" LG i think. Sadly it was the one I was least confident about.

I was very proud of myself on the second section of the test, which was a games section.  I had another games in the fourth section that I thought was harder, so I guess that was the real one!  I think it was the one about the airlines.  Oh well, maybe I got lucky!

I don't know, I've been reading TLS too and all that is just speculation...people keep saying how "easy" it was and then complaining about how hard some of the questions were. The most recent tests have usually averaged about 10, so I think it will be fine...hopefully.

Are there any rules that prohibit discussing what section we think was the EXP???? (Obvisouly, not mentioning any details other than first, last , etc...?)

Going to lighten up a bit this time (taking a cue from TLS) and say that general discussion, e.g. subject matter, is okay (unless LSAC comes back and nixes that idea), but specific discussion, such as talking about an answer or game setup, is not.

Going to chime in to help you guys pin down the experimental section.

I have a friend who took the test today, her format was:

RC/LR/RC/LG/LR

She mentioned something about the second RC having the comparative reading section as the last passage, and concerning music/emotion/language. Not sure about the other section.

Good luck with scores everyone.

RC/LR/LR/LR/AR

first three games were fine; last game was horrible.

i ended up guessing on 2 of the questions in the last game, and i'm not sure on like 2 other questions in that same game.

i'm going to assume -4 already, and i want a score of at least 170... (i usually get 168-174 on my practice tests)

should i cancel?

Personal decision. Just weigh the issues and how you felt you did, etc.

RC/LG/LR/LR/LG

My second section was definitely my experimental. It was so easy that it gave me a ton of confidence for LR sections 3 and 4 and then I got to Section 5 and realized it was LG and that it was probably going to be the scored section.
Title: Re: Sept. '09 LSAT DONE...FIRST POST!
Post by: CerebralAssassin on September 26, 2009, 04:42:07 PM
I was also RC/LG/LR/LR/LG. I thought my experimental was also really easy. However, I also thought the RC was really tough. Maybe it was just jitters, but I had serious problems with the passages. I have been anywhere from -2 to -7 on RC, so I am naturally preparing for the worst (I've been high 160s, low 170s in my last few practices).

I actually found the last LG kind of easy. It wasn't as easy or straightforward as some other ones, but I took a few seconds and built some non-traditional setups and think I handled them pretty effectively.

LR seemed about right in terms of difficulty. There were a few tough ones, but that is to be expected.

This was the first time I took the LSAT, and I didn't really do much preparation. I took about 2 practice tests the other day and did super on them (missed about 2-6 questions in total) so I wasn't worried about it. Logic Games was the one section I owned, missing none of the questions both times. Then I got into the room and I had the RC/LG/LR/LR/LG, and I have to say, the first LG made me stare at those two little bubbles on the back of the answer sheet very intently. I was about to leave I was so terrified after I was only able to answer about 10 of them without crying. I have to say, I don't know what you people are talking about when it comes to the first LG section. I finished the second LG section with 10 minutes to spare, looked over my answers, and still had 4 minutes, so I looked at them again. None of the rest of it seemed challenging, which scares me, honestly. Did anyone else find the first LG nigh undoable?

Yes .. I did. I found the first one very challenging and am with you on that ... I'd like to know which one was the experimental one. I found the first one horribly difficult. (and I too was doing quite well on them in my practice tests). all the folks, who keep saying they think the second one was the real one ... how do you know that? (yep, I'm fairly new to this).

Well, mine was RC/LR/LR/LR/LG

LG was super easy for me.

My second LR (section 3) was what really got me. I wasn't sure if it was super hard or if I was just out of it by Section 3 already and needed my break.

Section 2 (the first LR) was hard but not that bad, I felt a little off but finished it. Section 4 (third LR) was super easy. I only hope that wasn't the experimental section.

I really have no clue how well I did. RC was so-so. Not as good as I wanted but I finished pretty much every question.

Boy was I out of it when it came to the writing section. I kind of completed it well but not as good as I hoped to. Just hope it doesn't come down to that for deciding what schools I get into.

Anyways, did anyone else have to deal with a lot of incompetent people - fellow test takers, I mean?  I was really surprised how many people were just clueless.

People bringing the wrong type of bag. People bringing too large of containers.  People bringing cell phones (even after being told not to). I saw a lot of people get turned away. Other people were asking stupid questions like, "once we are done with one section. Can we move onto the next one before the instructions are read?"

I talked to one guy who only studied lightly for the last month. All I could think was this had to somehow help with my scaled score. haha.

Anyone else have bad dreams last night? I woke up a couple of time because I kept dreaming I had slept in and both my alarms hadn't gone off and the hotel clerk hadn't given me my wake up call.

Btw: Since when did wake up calls become so automated? I got called, picked it up, and nothing. I remember back in the day when you got called some tired, bored clerk on the other end would greet you and tell you to wake up. :D

I had a worst insomnia the night before the test date. Went to a bed at 9...eventually ended up sleeping half a hour. Funny part was that I wasn't really sleepy util the test was done though I have to admit that I was irritated by not being able to sleep well. My order was RC/LR/RC/LG/LR. I think I crushed the LG but bombed a big time on the real RC. Any tips for those insomniacs who are contemplating the December LSAT?

Which LR do you guys think was the experimental between the LR? Automatically I know that the 3rd LR was for real, but as far as the first two, I have a feeling it might be the very first one but of course I could be wrong... any thoughts?

I think its the first one. I know the third one was real, it was easy, just like the practice test, and the second one wasn't that bad either. But I was hoping I would get another RC section because that was murder, don't understand what happened. I did so well on it on the practice test. Oh welll, rock the LG section though with time to spare

I had almost exactly the same experience. Ran out of time on the last LG and guess-bubbled the last two, but otherwise felt strong. The writing section, however... I had a blast. Decided to call the Association "BAAA" and kept hearing the sound of sheep, braying in my head the whole time. Crazy.

One of my LG sections had 22 questions (the second section on the test) and one had 23 questions (the fifth).  I'm pretty sure the one with 23 questions was the real deal.  Can anyone confirm?

Title: Re: Sept. '09 LSAT DONE...FIRST POST!

For the logic games, I would assume (yes, this is a flawed assumption but @#!* it, I'm not in LSAT mode right now) it had to be likely that any one with 23 questions was the real one. I know it doesn't really apply since things change randomly, but in all my latest preptests (55,56,57), the logic games were only 23 questions long. And  the RC was usually 28. Seriously, wth. Why put the most questions on the part where you already have to read the most. Seems unnecessarily difficult.

Anyways, I really hope that my second LR (Section 3) was the experimental. I'm just glad that one of those two was though since I did great on section 4.

I remember sitting with my LSAT testbook closed as they were reading the instructions and looking at the faint text through the front of the paper cover. At first I was like, "Yes, I think it is LR first" then I saw the faint outline of the line numbers for the paragraphs and said a little, "oh @#!* me." in my head.

My first thought after that was the chance  I might have two RC sections with one of them being experimental. :(

For me, my order of preference for what kind of experimental section I would have gotten would have been: 1.LG 2.LR 3.RC

I believe it was 27, though I could very well be wrong.

For those with the LG/LR/RC/LG/LR order, was the first or fourth game section the experimental?  I know the real section included games about statues, volunteers, planes, and classes, but I just can't seem to recall if I had that section first or fourth!

I know it has been the trend that the experimental is one of the first three sections (and I want to rest assured that it's the case for my test form as well since I don't feel as confident about section 1 as I do about section 4), but with LSAC changing things up slightly, I'm wondering if they would make as drastic a change as placing the experimental fourth. It's killing me. AHH!

Many thanks!!

I first was the experimental. The exp section is always sec 1, 2, or 3.

Diggz, I was exactly the same way.  I felt panic rush over me when I noticed through the cover that RC was first.  I def. anticipated having 3 RCs....I HATE these sections.  I understand that having good reading skills is necessary for law school and practicing law but lets be serious.  Being able to "speed read" articles about ridiculous topics doesn't prove that you'll be better at making outlines or reading briefs (IMO)... Just that you can do them a little quicker... I think the questions in this section should be the same or less than those in LR/LG.  Plus, i was better at those sections anyways! Ha.  :P

Anyways. For the RC/LR/LR/LR/LG, I really hope that the second LR (Section 3) was the experimental.

I felt the last game in the LG was a pain... Seemed reasonable because the rules were formal logic but the questions were typical LSAC BS.... Lengthy stems and about 3 of them were 'CANNOT' or 'EXCEPT' questions.  Its definitely a very doable game but one that requires about 10+ minutes and I only had like 9 or so... Especially frustrating because the first 3 were slam dunks....   >:(

I found my Logic Game to be pretty easy. Only two questions I was unsure about. But I had enough time to go back and check them. I was erasing and changing my answer on the last question when they called time.

I agree with Compaq on this one:  thought the games were pretty straightforward (especially the first two) and was feeling fine... but 3 took a full 8 minutes and 4 was just a time suck, because of the questions. Wound up guess-bubbling the last 2 Q's.... grrrrr.

RC/LR/RC LG/LR

I had to cancel.  I felt decent about it except for the airplane LG.

The problem was my proctor.  During my first section, he kept telling me to bubble in my name, account number and all that other stuff WHILE i was working on my first section., meaning he already started the test.  I kept ignoring him but he kept interrupting me and eventually i gave up and bubbled the stuff in.  He made a few other people do the same thing.  I lost about 3-4 mins on that section, and because it was RC i didnt really have enough time to adequately complete and ready the last passage.

It really threw me off for the rest of the test.  I complained to the main guy and he told me to file a complaint with LSAC.  I'm pretty sure noting is going to happen to i just cancelled.

Games is my worst section, so when I crushed the first games section on the exam I was feeling incredibly confident. Maybe that confidence went to my head because despite never having timing problems on anything other than games, I ran out of time on the next two sections and had to guess on 2 or 3 questions per section. When section four was another games section, my tires deflated and completely fell off. I lost all focus and just blew the section, only finishing two games and guessing on the rest. I'll wait to get my official score, but I'm sure I'll be retaking in December.

I also had RC/LR/RC/LR/LG.

I'm a little saddened to hear that the first RC section was the experimental section because I thought I rocked it. Oh well. At least I know before my score comes!

I didn't find the Logic Games too difficult but I actually enjoy them. The airplane game didn't phase me too much because if I remember correctly there were only 5 planes to classify/order which makes it significantly less complex than the hybrid games I have seen on practice tests. I do agree that it was probably the hardest though. All I know is that I actually finished the LG section which is something I haven't done often.

LG is usually my weakest section and usually takes me the full 35 minutes, but I finished it in like 15 minutes. I feel as if I made a huge mistake or missed something major since there are people fretting about it...

On the other hand, RC is usually my strongest section and I ran out of time and feel like I bombed it.

I think the bear and python question might have been one of the last inference or necessary assumption questions. Shouldn't fret over just one argument though, it's just a meager point.

there's always been a few formal questions, especially when conditionals are involved. hard assumption questions always tend to give a>b or b>a in their answer choices.

I took the test in June, and had serious issues with managing my time. Not to mention that taking it at U of Delaware turned out to be a complete disaster, so I was already flustered by the time the test began (over an hour late).

I didnt do much more preparation this time... just paid a little more attention to timing. made sure i wrote down start and end times for each section. And believe it or not, I finished almost every section a few minutes early! That in and of itself almost made me a little nervous, but overall I feel like I did much better. Guess we'll see come Oct 19th, but I felt this test was much easier than in June.

#1:  Scores are typically released (and have been for many years now) before the deadline date listed in your documents/on the LSAC web page.  That date is a drop dead, must have them released by then deadline.  So, based on history you will very likely receive your scores in advance of that date.  Stop stressing about it, they will send you an email with your score and you will then be able to access all the disclosure files about the test and your score upon release.

#2:  Please take this seriously people.  Asking about and trying to discuss the contents and substance of an administered test online or however prior to it being disclosed by LSAC is very far from being Kosher and carries great risks to your future.  That warning in the thread thumb-tacked at the top of the index IS from LSAC TEST SECURITY.  It is no internet joke/prank.  They DID post that and have posted that same thing repeatedly here and on the other boards for a few years now.  LSAC test security DOES read and patrol the boards and takes these issues seriously to try to insure the fairness of the test process.

From what they say, and from what they have told me, they would rather be able to rely on the honor code where everyone simply obeys the rules and is honest rather than having to get all draconian with investigations and such that can potentially lead to offenders/cheaters getting into lots of trouble that can possibly tank a persons opportunity to gain Law School admission and later have a career as a lawyer.

Not that this should even need to be said yet again, Just remember, the gatekeepers are watching and blatant cheaters/rule breakers will not be tolerated.

I was wondering if we were breaching the privacy agreement. I tried to keep my post pretty vague just in case. Thanks for pointing out the sticky post as I hadn't seen it prior.

My question is just what institutes a violation. It seems to me that discussing the order of sections shouldn't compromise the test in any form so i think this thread is okay there. I do agree though it is probably not the best idea to discuss what types of questions the hard ones were or what they were about. It seems that simply referring to a certain question/set by a related name (like the previously mentioned "airplane game") shouldn't pose too much of a problem though i see where it could be interpreted as such.

Either way, thanks for the heads up! I'll try to be more careful from now on.

Did anyone else feel like they did, in general, better on the Sep2009 LSAT than on the other recent PTs (I did most PTs from PT47 onwards)?
I keep thinking I did well. Usually there are some tricky LRs and RCs that make me guess between two answer choices, but I didn't really come across this on test day. Which makes me feel like I did better on the actual test than PTs. But quite a few people are feeling the other way around, and this is making me feel very uneasy. Anyone else felt the same as I?

I think it is very common to second guess yourself after the real LSAT. Especially since duting all the PTs the answers are immediately available which generates a sense of immediate confidence that cannot be obtained with the real LSAT. I personally thought the LR's and RC were pretty straightforward.

Last night I had a great dream though. I was talking to some administrator for the lsats and he had my results. He handed me some papers and said, "You did great! You only got four questions wrong!" And I was just so elated and excited thinking how I could go anywhere I wanted to now with no worries.

It was an amazing dream. Then I woke up and was reminded of the harsh reality of life. :(

I can't speak to whether a post or an email comes first, but I can offer my anecdotal evidence. As I too wanted desperately to know my score, I would check my email and my lsac account upon waking up each morning for work, which was around 7 a.m.. I did the same on the morning that it arrived, and after I got the email, which lists both lsat score and percentile, I went directly to my lsac account via link to check the details. I'm pretty sure but not certain that all of those pdf files giving you additional information were available at that time. Hope you guys get what you want

So I Just called the LSAC number and spoke to someone trying to get a bit of info.  I asked if they could verify that scores would be released today.  The women told me she didn't have any information on that at this time and that the expected release date was still Monday.  She could have just been giving me some bull cause she didn't know either way....but still..

I actually think they are trying to torture us.  If anyone gets their scores please post.

As Mars has stated, the scores will probably be released in the afternoon or evening if they are to be released today.  I would not call them, especially if you have to identify yourself.  The actual release date is Monday, and they are in no way binded to release them today.

Yeah...I would probably not call.  One keystroke by a pissed off paper-pusher and you get no score.

I hereby proclaim today as the day when absolutely nothing will get done at work!!

LSAC...you're exempt from this.  Get your asses to work and POST THOSE SCORES!!.

I'm curious.  How much would you pay to get your score the day after taking the test?

I would pay an extra $300.

Also, WTF is with the wait having to be this long anyways??  It's 2009! Why does it take so long to scan GD answer sheets?!  I guarantee that they sit ina room somewhere without anything being done for atleast a week just to build the suspense...

So if it's not healthy, it follows that...

A) Doing it decreases your health levels.
B) Not doing it improves your health.
C) Most people will not do it because it is bad for them.
D) Most people will do it regardless of the health benefits.
E) This is madness, I am going to lunch and glad I don't have a blackberry.

See you in 21 more pages.

When I took the LSAT 5 yrs. ago you had to pay extra to have the score emailed to you.  I don't remember that they put an exact date on it so I was just happy when it came.  At least now they default to emailing you and its free.  Imagine if you had paid for this suffering.

Actually, screw that.  It still sucks.

Here's a relevant question.  If you just refresh the LSAT Status page does the score show up.  Throughout the day I have alternated between just refreshing the page and logging out entirely.  I'm a little afraid to log out now though because the site is so screwy.

Idk, but regardless, the score is in the email.

Got my e-mail....

semi disappointed. Happy that I got a score slightly above my average, but compared to how I felt coming out the test I thought it would be a bit better.

Good luck to the rest.

Whoever is retaking see you in June!

Is it actually true that they go in reserve order by the last letter of your state or did someone just make that up? I think it's the latter.

I could see doing it by state.  Even alphabetical order by state.  But by the last letter of the state...probably not.

So, anyone know what states have been released.

I'm having a sudden worry that I didn't do the cursive paragraph thing on the answer sheet, because I have absolutely no recollection of it. But it does say on my LSAC page that I have a reportable score. So it must not be the case...

I also was worried about that earlier, but I contacted LSAC, and they told me that if they had a problem, they would contact me and I would just have to do it again.  Numerous people on here have stated it really does not matter if you write it in cursive.  Just be consistent.

I just finished eating a big late lunch and came on this site so see what was up from last night. Saw the action going on. Went to LSAC.org and got the "connection interrupted". Now sitting here feeling like I'm going to throw up from nerves as I wait.

:D

I refreshed the site and it loaded in full. Then timed out again. This was about 45 minutes ago.

Maybe they do it by last name, alphabetically? I'm a W.

From previous score releases over the last several years it appears that the emails and associated pdf disclosure downloads being available on the LSAC webpage are done in batches by test center.  Meaning one test center per batch that the LSAC computers put out/make available.

Whether the order of release is by geographic location of the test center, say east coast to west coast, or by test center # is up to LSAC and not disclosed.

PS:  It certainly doesn't help the LSAC staff and their servers that are sending out the stuff speed up the process when people keep refreshing their browsers on lsac.org ~5 times per minute, thereby hogging bandwidth and server time.

Just a random guess, maybe if people would stop hitting refresh over and over in an OCD manner the stuff would get delivered faster...

True, but what about the people that need to access their other services for applications, information, etc. ??

Why favor obsessed people waiting for a test score over people already working on applications?

Title: Re: Sept. '09 LSAT...TODAY IS THE DAY!!!!
Post by: DiggzDE on October 16, 2009, 07:35:48 PM
I left the page up in my browser and refreshed it probably every 30 minutes or so. When the server was crashing, I refreshed a few times in a 5 minute period and it came back. Then timed out again and I gave up. It is a timeout, not a 404 so it doesn't mean it is impossible to connect to or isn't found. Just too many people on the server.

I don't see the point in sitting and refreshing over and over again for a short period of time. It is very unlikely for the score to suddenly appear randomly by luck. What is that saying? A watched pot never boils? Meh, we know that isn't true but if we have been able to wait a few weeks for the results, a couple of hours wait won't make much of a difference.

Time to distract ourselves and wait for later tonight. :D Movie anyone?

Yeah, I agree, except that this surely is not the first time this has happened.  I am not criticizing LSAC by any means.  I know it is probably an insane amount of work to get these in, especially early.  But if they are concerned with the traffic, they had plenty of time to prepare for it if they were worried it would interfere with both score release and others who need LSAC services.

171 ! Was scoring average of 176 on PrepTests  :-\

Missed 6 on Logic Games; I panicked even though they were so eeeeasssyy. And it could have been worse. I guessed on every question in the last game and got them all right!! I'm a lucky SOB i know. I left the test center completely distraught, thinking I missed them all. LG in December will definitely be harder, so I'm not taking the risk of panicking again.

Congrats to everyone that did well, and to those who didn't, don't give up if Law School is something you really want. Keep up the hard work.

Aced the Logic Games, got 3-4 wrong on each of the other sections.

Wait, what?  You missed 6 total on the 3 LG's you attempted but got them all correct by blind guessing on the last game?  That's impressive/super lucky and beats statistical odds by a long way.  Was there a certain lucky charm you were wearing?

I hope by mentioning the December test you are saying that you are NOT retaking!  Take that 171 and run with it.  Get them applications polished and complete and if possible submitted for EA/ED as appropriate.
