Title: LR Sharpness
Post by: $ones on June 12, 2004, 08:51:31 PM
I know jacy feels me on this... the agitation from LR sections were you're supersharp and get 0-3 wrong to sections were you just fall of the wagon and get like 6-7 wrong..

What has helped me recently is this. Before I write a practice test, I go over each LR question I got wrong on my last test and on a piece of paper I explicitly write out the conclusion and premises for a passage. Then I go through each answer choice and explicitly state why they are right or wrong -- in relation to the premises or conclusion I wrote out before. This helps me get into focus and the frame of mind I need to be in for a good LR section. Hope it helps..
