Title: aba provisional status for western state law school in CA.
Post by: jgomez on March 29, 2004, 09:47:46 AM
got a quick question.  as you know, western state law school was going to lose their aba provisional status this year, but sued to keep it.

the question i have is, they were provisionally approved in 1998, making this year it's 5 going on 6th year.

it states in the aba site, that "a school may not remain in provisional status for more than five years."

so if western state is on the new aba list coming out on april 15, then does that mean it is aba approved.  and of course, if it's not, then obviously, it got kicked off.
