Fine by me.  However, your "one-upmanship" as you call it, is totally unfounded considering you have never seen me or my wife lol ;).

Anyway, I agree to let this die.  Good luck at American, but don't act like you chose it OVER GW when you didn't get in.  That would be like me saying I chose GW over GULC, but wait, I was never admitted.

On a lighter note: I didn't even know American had a D1 basketball team, do they?  Have they ever made it to the tourney?  I think GW's squad is over-rated anyway.  They don't play anybody worth while most of the season, which is why they end up with a decent seed but never really go anywhere once it's crunch time.

Nor have you seen my girlfriend.  ;) And as for GW, I didn't apply...never had any intention to.

Eh. I have no real loyalty to my alma mater. If you've ever seen the movie School Ties, I'm like David Green at the end when he tells the dean "You used me to win a football game, I'll use you to get into Harvard." So I'd tell the president of AU "You used me to go up a few points in the USNWR rankings, I used you for a free education allowing me to go to law school straight out of undergrad." We get a good education but the administration here treats UG students like crap.

This problem can all be solved very easily. Take the June LSAT to open up more options. I can't believe how some of you argue over these "law schools". Have a little faith and take that LSAT again!! Hope I helped.

You're really not very good at that.  Unimaginative, repetitive, predictable... in a word, yawn.

Halfie, your going to Minnesota and just green over me. I bet that you went to a state school for college.

I'm not at all envious of you, Shiv. In fact, I'm quite glad that I don't live in the social coccoon you apparently do.
