Title: Supplemental Reading Suggestions
Post by: lawgirl21 on September 08, 2005, 12:22:58 PM
Other than commercial outlines and E&Es, any suggestions on outside reading??

What hornbooks are people using, if any..  are people reading law review articles?

Any exam Q & A books useful?

Erwin Chemerinsky: Constitutional Law: Principles and Policies (Aspen Law & Business 2d ed. 2002). So far, it's much better than the Aspen E&E on ConLaw.

"the forms and functions of Tort Law", by Abraham (supplement). Many in my section swear by it; I plan on starting on it over the weekend.
