Anyone Else Really Dislike Contracts?

Contracts was probably my least favorite class last semester, but it was the class I did the best in, so now I'm banking on it being my best class this semester and am learning to like it more. Amazing what grades will do to you.

Oh yeah, and @#!* the UCC and the Restatements. Those things are what make contracts such a pain in the ass.

Do most schools teach K and UCC at the same time?  We had it split up... 4 hours of K in the fall and 3 hours of UCC/sale of goods in the spring.

I hated contracts at the beginning of last semester but it ended up being my most enjoyable subject. I believe it's a difficult subject but with time, it's doable.

I think Ks had some of the hardest cases to follow and when I got hung up on those, I hated the course.  I learned not to stress over understanding the details in the class and focused on the principles from Chirelstein and to a lesser extent the E&E.  My prof was also really good at answering questions and was very clear as to his opinion of the law.

I loved contracts, but I suspect a lot of it has to do with the quality of your professor.
