Hey, my status at a canadian school was "referred to dean".. does anyone have an idea if this is a good thing or what???

My status on the windsor SIS site said that my application has been referred to the Dean.  I am not sure what to think of this.  Is it standard, or is it for tough decisions?? HELP!!

They said they were sending out the response mid to en of february.

Hey, last week everyone was saying they thought the LSAT score would be out on Friday and it did give some hope and anxiety. Now nobody has mentionned anything for a few days.  Any predictions anyone?  Will we get the score soon?

I called windoor today and they said that they are waiting for my Feb. LSAT to enter my file in the system, so it looks as thought they haven't even looked at it yet.  HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT TO HEAR FROM THEM???
