Hey mobell!  I haven't started my ribs yet.  I'm brining them this year.  What's been going on with you lately?  Making spreadsheets?

Congratulations, Sands!  ;)

many100 times! ;)

(By the way, thanks for this post, T)

I keep reminding myself that "no news is good news."  (I'd rather have a late acceptance from my top choices than an out-and-out rejection.)  Some days, it's harder than others to remind myslef of this, though.  It gets to be a lil' frustrating, not knowing where I'll be living five months from now.  I would shop to take my mind off of things, but I can't even buy any clothes because I don't know what climate I'll be living in.  Not to mention, LSAC has lots of my $$$.
Here's an idea: "We'll give you a decision in 30 days or refund your application/LSAC report fees!" :D

In "Planet Law School", Atticus Falcon states that the new edition of E&E "contains only a few, trivial changes from the previous edition.  Therefore, if you can, buy the Aspen E&E books used rather than new." ... "Black Letter Law is old and well-settled."

I've found his advice to be extremely helpful and money-saving.

Thanks for the posts and votes everyone!

I wondered if I was alone; I see now that I'm not.  Eighteen more weeks of walking into that place.  It's hard to keep my ls plans under wraps and deal with stupid sh!t at the office.   :-X  It's a good thing today's Friday.

Another weekend to recharge.   8)

I hear you anner.   8)
I just think that the least they could do is be pleasant.  These are schools that we are possibly going to be shelling out loads of cash to.  I could give a flyin' f^ck if she's having a bad day; she shouldn't be gettin' rude.  They should assign her to handle web updates for the day if she can't handle being civil on the phone.  We all have bad days, if a receptionist at an ls admissions office is having one, let's assign her/him to matching up my LSDAS report with my dayum application since they seem to have been sitting on opposite sides of the office for the last three our four frickin' months.

Dayum! ::)

what the hell is going on?
should I waste a year at a dead end job and try to apply again next year so i can have another chance in California?  Anyone else thinking of doing that?

I'm thinking about this myself.  I don't know that I can last another year at my job, though.  I don't know if I can even put up with their shyt until August.  Medical benefits are a mofo..
