I have an interview on Saturday and I need help!

Hello. Do you know of any resources for preparation for interviews with law firms? Unfortunately, due to the nature of the program that I'm in, I don't know anything about the person who is going to conduct the interview or what firm he/she represents. Thanks for your help.

Do you mean you are having a blind interview and you don't know the name of the firm? If so, you can only get some general tips how to behave at the interview. If you know the firm's name, look them up on Westlaw.

Lexis has some webinars but they are pretty generic. Good luck.  ;)

I've never heard of going into an interview unaware of the name of the firm. If you can figure out the firm or at least know it will be one of 10 possible firms or something read over the firms websites, read the nalp pages for them, chambers etc, but really by far the most important thing is to know your own resume well, know what you want and why you want it. A firm won't expect you to know all their is to know about them, but they do want to see that you have a clear idea of where you are going and what you want so that they can decide if you'd be a good fit for their program.

good luck
