Barack, The Amazing Mr. Obama
By Mark S. McGrew

You realize this came from a paper that has a story titled “Hitler only had one testicle”…

“Pregnant baby girl born in Saudi Arabia”

“Woman gives birth to mutant baby in Malaysia”

“Extraterrestrials interested in human sperm ad ovules”

You know this right?...
"A lawyer's either a social engineer or a parasite on society. A social engineer is a highly skilled...lawyer who understands the Constitution of the U.S. and knows how to explore its uses in the solving of problems of local communities and in bettering [our] conditions."

Does anyone know? (would appreciate guidance)

If Obama's legal name is actually Barry Soetoro or some other name, are the election results valid?

Also, if the presidential oath of office is taken under a false name is it binding? Is the person legally president?

Yes, in order to make himself more electable Barry Soetoro changed his name to Barack Hussein Obama

Ha! Ha!
The inquiry was serious. Apparently Obama attended school in Indonesia as an Indonesian citizen under the name Barry Soetoro. But of course his school records could contain false information.

Soetoro was his stepfather.  It makes sense that he enrolled in schools in his stepfather's country under his stepfather's last name (which his mother had adopted when she married him).  And everyone knows that he was known as Barry as a child.
That's cool how you referenced a case.

Thank you for the civil response. You hit the nail on the head. If (?) Obama were legally adopted and legally assumed the name Barry Soetoro, when did he become Barack Obama for a first or second time? What is his legal name, and what is the implication for the validity of the oath of office ...if he uses his non legal name during the swearing in ceremony?

If you are sworn in as an attorney under a deliberate false name, is your license to practice valid?

It's the same issue, is it not?

Blended families often use names for the sake of convenience without changing their names legally.  I'm not interested in indulging you further and I suggest that you go to a more paranoid, conspiracy-minded site if you really find it necessary to spin out these theories.

And I thought it couldn't get worse than bluewarrior...

For serious.

Mr. Rugby, if I were to kick your ass under a false name, would I still have kicked your ass?  It's the same issue, is it not?
