In consideration of the promises exchanged herein, the undersigned parties, Adehmar and Duck, hereby agree as follows:

Both Adehmar and Duck agree to work together in the future to quell drama, mend fences and create an environment of civility and respect (except where such environment shall contain "Googler" or "Trollik", or any other poster subsequently agreed upon as hostile by both parties) on the discussion board known as www.lawschooldiscussion.org.

This agreement shall serve to discharge any and all dislike, ill-will or bad blood between Adehmar and Duck, as of the date of signing. This truce shall therefore be global and transcend media. This truce does not warrant or imply, expressly or implicitly, that future disagreements shall not arise; rather, it serves to place Duck and Adehmar on friendly and congenial terms. Where they choose to proceed from here, in any media or interaction, is governed by their disposition and free will. Both parties herein affixing their names agree that no dislike, ill-will or bad blood is present or will be carried forward from the moment of signing, from whence this agreement shall become binding.

We agree that the agreement set forth herein is equitable and charitable to both parties.

The terms herein shall continue from this date forever. This document embodies the entire agreement and supercedes any previous or contemporaneous negotiations or agreements with respect to these matters. The undersigned parties agree that no promise or inducement has been offered except as herein set forth, and that this document has not been executed based upon statements by any person other than those set forth herein or their duly appointed representatives.

As the undersigned, I recognize that in signing this agreement I hereby voluntarily and unconditionally forever release, covenant not to sue, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the other party herein from all causes of action, claims, demands, judgments, damages, losses, and liabilities of every name and nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, contingent or fixed, at law or in equity, including but not limited to any damage to any injuries or harm suffered, might now suffer or that might subsequently occur to the other party herein, by reason of, or in any way directly or indirectly connected with or arising out of the matter at issue (collectively “Liabilities”). I also understand that this agreement binds my agents, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, business partners, employees, successors and assigns, as well as myself.

This agreement is binding upon the parties herein and shall be enforced on the discussion board known as www.lawschooldiscussion.org.

My electronic signature below indicates that I have read and freely signed this agreement, which shall take effect as a sealed instrument. The agreement will become null and void if either quote is altered by any party in any way whatsoever. I further certify that I am 18 years or older and that I am otherwise legally competent to sign this agreement. I further understand that the terms of this agreement are legally binding and I certify that I am signing this agreement after having carefully read and understood the same, of my own free will.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we each hereunto set forth our hands and seals as of the date set forth in the header of this post, which contains my electronic signature to this agreement.
